November has been a lot. A lot of change. A lot of love. A lot of disappointment. A lot of reflection. A lot of good tv- it really has been- hello, Insecure on HBO and Atlanta on Fx. I know Stranger Things on Netflix is not a new series but I just heard about it this month so I've been meaning to check that out too.
The most notable alotness would obviously be the vote of the President Elect, Donald Trump- felt crazy typing that, but here we are. Literally, we are here, and all we can do is move forward. I'm currently reading Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates, which speaks to what it means to occupy a Black body in America, a quote from the book, "This is your country, this is your world, this is your body, and you must find some way to live within the all of it." Let's do it.
